How does booking work?

Choose your dates in the calendar, enter your details and pay for your stay by card (secure payment by Stripe): your booking is confirmed instantly and you receive a confirmation email. The price includes cleaning and the tourist tax: nothing to pay on site.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Up to 14 days before arrival, you can cancel from your booking page and your stay is refunded automatically, minus 3% bank fees (payment fees that the bank does not return). Less than 14 days before arrival, the stay is non-refundable. If we cancel, you get a full refund. To change your dates, just write to us.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, €300 as a card pre-authorisation: the day before you arrive, the amount is held on the card used for the booking, without being charged, then released automatically 2 days after you leave if everything is in order.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, bed linen and bath towels are provided and changed for every new stay. Please bring your own beach towels.

Is there parking?

Yes, free private parking in the fenced courtyard, with an electric gate. Ideal for leaving your rental car with peace of mind.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, pets are welcome on request, at no extra cost. Just mention it in the message with your booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Self check-in between 3 pm and 10 pm with a key box: the code, exact address and wifi are emailed to you 2 days before. Check-out between 8 am and noon. The bungalow is non-smoking; parties are not allowed and quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.

How do I get there from the airport?

Pôle Caraïbes airport is 14 km away, about 20 minutes by car. We recommend renting a car to make the most of Guadeloupe. Taxis are available (around €35).
